High absorbency titanium compound
Dietary iron is absorbed at an average rate of 10%, while iron absorption in most supplements is between 2% and 10%, depending on the form of iron used. By using iron gluconate and yeast, Herbal Tonic - Iron Element has up to 25% iron absorption rate.
Ingredients include:
- Water-soluble extracts: (rose flower, bitter fennel fruit, carrot root, couch grass root, yarrow, angelica, horsetail, plantain leaf, juniper berry, bitter orange peel),
- Juice Concentrate: (Grape, Pear, Blackberry, Black Currant, Cherry), Fructose Syrup, Honey, Rosehip Soft Extract, Ferrous Gluconate, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Yeast Extract, Natural Orange Flavour.
Instructions:
- Take iron supplements on an empty stomach to ensure complete absorption 30 minutes before or a few hours after eating.
- Avoid concomitantly taking foods containing tea, coffee or milk as they can inhibit iron absorption.
- Since vitamin C helps iron absorption, it is recommended to drink it with orange juice when taking iron supplements.
