Are Nordic Nature's products guaranteed?
This is for sure! Each of our products is shipped directly to Hong Kong by air from its origin in Europe and the United States (Switzerland, the European Union, the United States and Canada). It is also inspected by dedicated personnel before being sent out to ensure that the goods you receive are in good condition. However, accidents are unforeseen and the product may have an accident after it is shipped. If anything unfortunate happens, please contact us and someone will follow up for you.
In order to allow customers to shop with more peace of mind, we provide a seven-day cooling-off period return guarantee. If the customer does not like the product after receiving it, he or she can choose to return it (refund) as long as the product has not been removed from the packaging and has no trace of opening , excluding Man-made damage.
Regarding return procedures:
The customer needs to send the goods back to us (the freight is borne by the customer). After we check that the goods have no problems mentioned above, we will refund the goods (excluding freight).
Due to the high cost of shipping and to prevent customers from placing orders at will, the above refund policy requires cooperation from customers. Thank you for your understanding.
If the customer needs to return the goods, please contact us via Email / Facebook within seven days after receiving the goods, and provide the relevant order number, pictures and reasons. If the customer requests a return after the seven-day cooling-off period, we will make a decision based on the relevant circumstances and retain it. Final decision.
Please send the goods back to us via SF Express. You are responsible for the required freight, packaging materials or transportation fees. (If the goods are damaged due to poor packaging after return, the customer will be responsible depending on the situation).
